How to make a candy molds?Here I will tell you.   　　1.Firstly,we should prepare the tools such a knife,ruler,brush etc. 　　2.According to the shape of the product.Divide the product into two collapsible mould,the Parting line was positioned at the highest point of the product,and the binding site should not be obvious,fill the clay blow the parting line,the clay should not be too hard, when this was done,mark tabs (buckle bit) on the clay.(usually 1 cm per tabs ) 　　3.Mix part A and Part B evenly,the mix ratio is 100:1 ,Then Vacuum processing,then Vacuum the mixed liquid with a Vacuum pump until the finger point -0.1pa.If you don't have a vacuum pump,you should decrease the volume of the cure agent,to extend the curing time by releasing the bubbles. 　　4.When the Vacuum is done,brush the mixed liquid silicone rubber on the product,the thickness of the first layer of silicone rubber should be no less than 1 mm,it should cover on the product and the clay,then put them into the Vacuum pump. 　　5.When the first layer of silicone rubber is cured(about 10 minutes) and the liquid can’t flow,stick a layer of fiber glass cloths to strengthen the tear and tensile strength,then repeat step4 and step5 for 2 to 3 times. After silicone being cured, then we can make the plaster outer mold. 　　6.Surround the product with cardboard, fix the carboard, here is like a box, right then pour the liquid plaster into the “box”,wait until the plaster being cured. 　　7.Remove the clay,clean the clay,then repeat the steps as above. 　　8.When the plaster is cured,remove the carboards,then remove the two part plaster outer molds.Check the silicone mold ,trim silicone mold edges with scissors. 　　9.Until now,the collapsible mould has been done, and normally,you shall not use this silicone rubber mold for duplication until 24 hours later.
