How to avoid the deformation of the silicone mold?

There are all kinds of problems about silicone mold in the production,such as mold deformation,fewer using times,the resistance to acid and alkali and so on.Here I will tell you how to avoid the deformation of the silicone mold.   　　What should you do for deformation of the silicone mold ?In principle,it should deal apart according to the size of the products.If the products features small size and detailed patterns on it,the soft silicone can be applicable which the shore A should be 15-20 for easy demoulding and not damage of the patterns. Other wise harder silicone should be needed for large size products,such as products with size 50cm will need harder silicone with 40-50 shore A,then no-deformation.   　　If large products but features detailed patterns then 30 shore A silicone will be workable.The process should be a layer silicone add a layer fiber glass.The outer of mold can be plaster,glass fiber reinforced plastic to protect the products from deformation.   　　What is more,the hardness of the silicone rubber shouldn’t be in excess of the prescribed limitations.When the hardness of silicone rubber is lower than 15 shore A,all kinds of the property of silicone rubber will reduce respectively. When the hardness of silicone rubber is higher than 50 shore A,the tear strength and the tension of silicone rubber will reduce,and the solidified silicone mold will be easily out of shape.
