Firstly , prepare the necessary tools , rulers, knives, brushes , paper board , etc. Deal with the original mold , then fixed it on the paper board with glue.   Prepare four pieces of paper board, fix the board around the original mold into a square with space about 2 cm. Seal four paper boards with hot melt adhesive. Spray a layer of release agent on the surface of the original mold.   Choose the type of silicone rubber according to the product’s structure, pattern and application. Here we use HY-Q640 addition cure silicone rubber, stir and mix part A and B evenly.   Vacuum to -0.1MP, which can release bubbles.Then pour the silicone rubber into the square slowly and evenly .   Remove the paper board around the mold when silicone rubber is cured. Check and trim the silicone mold with scissors and take out the silicone mold.The operation of silicone mold for dog is finished ,we suggest to put the silicone mold into production after 24 hours.
