So today let James share the knowledge about high-density silicone for cloth printing. Answer: as we know, the cloth has kinds of types: cotton, linen, terylene, nylon, fleece and so on. Usually for cotton, linen and fleece , our silicone SB4130 series can stick to it firmly. You can follow the TDS of our SB4130 series. Question two: If cloth contains terylene, nylon or other composite Material, what to do? Answer: If print silicone to terylene, nylon, then you can find the silicone is so hard to stick with them. So we need a bonding agent ( or binder) to combine them. How to Operate: Way 1: Use Screen printing board→brush bonding agent onto the cloth→then brush silicone onto the bonding→ Finally with 150 celsius, baking it. Way 2: Lay the release paper, brush release agent →Brush silicone→ Add adhesive (crosslinking agent)→ Heated baking→Transfer to fabric with hot press. Way 3: Brush bonding agent to cloth→Brush silicone→ through the mold clamping process of upper and lower molds, heating 170-180 degrees to complete the transfer of silicone.   So if you are doing or want to develop silicone embossing, silicone printing, heat transfer silicone, pls don't hesitate to contact us.
