The addition cure liquid silicone rubber includes E series(semitransparent), Q series(transparent), and T series(highly transparent).   Here I am glad to show you the chocolate making process for you(for addition cure liquid silicone rubber). 1.Prepare a delicate mother model. 2.Place mother model in the middle of a metal box(only the upper surface is ringent and the box is detachable) 3.Mix two parts of addition cure liquid silicone rubber(1:1 or 10:1, according to specification) 4.Exhaust bubbles by using vacuum pumping machine. 5.Pour the processed chocolate making FDA silicone rubber into box in a thin stream.(during the pouring process, you can put all the liquid silicone into vacuum pumping machine again) 6.The Chocolate making FDA silicone rubber can be cured after 4-6 hours(24 hours later, it can be fully cured), then you can demold. 7.Before you use the this mold, you’d better wash it first. 8.Melt solid chocolate into liquid state in a boiler. 9.Slowly pour hot liquid chocolate into silicone mold(the addition cure silicone rubber can bear temperature of 200℃). 10.Place the mold in a refrigerator. 11.After the chocolate is solidified, we take the chocolate bulk out. All has been over so far.   The HTV silicone compound(also called gross rubber) can also be used for making chocolate, and its making process is even easier.
