Liquid silicone rubber for column moulds

Yes, the liquid silicone rubber for column moulds surely has this magic!     Here I am willing to describe a process of molding for a tree column which is used for supporting buildings with liquid silicone rubber for column moulds (the column molding way in the following is just for your reference only).   1.Cut down a tree that is appropriate for making original column moulds. 2.Peel off tree rind and clean it. 3.Fill the deep gap of the tree surface with appropriate material(if you are ready to adopt addition cure silicone rubber, you should ensure that the chosen filling material does not contain organics of N, S,P and ionic compounds of Sn, As, Hg, Ph ). Smooth surface of the material. 4.Blend two parts of liquid silicone rubber at specific ratio. Then deaerate the mixture with vacuum pump. 5.Brush the first thin layer of .iquid silicone rubber for column moulds. The first layer thin silicone rubber should be in different color with the original column mold, which will help you judge if the first layer silicone has been covered the original column mould thoroughly. 6.When the first layer of liquid silicone rubber for column moulds has been basically cured(about 30 -40 minutes), add the second layer of silicone that is thicker than the first layer. 7.We had better add four layers of liquid silicone rubber for column moulds in order to elevate the tear strength of the column moulds . The neibouring layers of silicone rubber can be in different colors for easier and clearer operation. 8.After all the silicone layers has been cured, create two even parts support shells with resin. 9.After resin shells has been thoroughly cured, we demold. 10.Carefully peel off the cured silicone rubber. 11.Seat the silicone rubber in the resin shells. 12.Apply concrete in the inner surface of the column moulds. The thickness of the concrete should reach a appropriate level. 13.After the concrete gets cured, we demold. 14.Join the two parts concrete together with appropriate material. 15.Do some decoration to make the concrete tree looks like a real tree.
