Ensure that there is space between the two stones(about2.6cm). 2.Release agents should be sprayed onto surface of these two stones.   3.Pour part A and part B of liquid molding silicone rubber into one container with appropriate size(you need to comply with the right mixing ratio). Then thoroughly churn the silicone rubber mixture.   4.With a brush pen, evenly and thinly apply a layer of molding silicone rubber.   5.In the flange area of these two stones, we should also apply a thin layer of molding silicone.   6.When the molding silicone rubber get tacky, we should apply second layer of silicone rubber which could be tinted for easy and clear distinction from the first layer of silicone(the flange area should be applied too).   7.When the molding silicone rubber is tacky again, the next layer could be applied onto the surface of stones and flange area.(this third layer of silicone rubber can be the same as the first layer in color).   8.After the fomer layer of molding silicone rubber get tacky, add the final layer of silicone rubber.   9.Build a wooden frame surrounding the mother model(no seam should be permitted).   10.When the molding silicone rubber cures enough(about 6 hours), pour the liquid plaster into wooden frame.   11.When the outer mold cures, remove it and remove the finished silicone rubber mold for stone veneer.   12.The finished mold for stone veneer is ready for stone casting.   (note: if you want to enhance tear strength of silicone mold, you can add glass cloth between every two layers of molding silicone rubber except the first two layers)   Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie technology Co.
