The process is as following:     1.Prepare a urn which serves as original model. 2.Make a mold box(the bottom of the mold box is a piece of board ). 3.Put a layer of clay in inside bottom of the mold box. Smooth surface of the clay to make it perfectly even and smooth. 4.Drill a vent hole at middle position of the bottom board. 5.Put four pieces of clay strip on perimeter of the urn’s mouth, which serves as gasket. 6.Put the urn upside down in the middle of mold box. 7.Firmly press bottom of urn into clay bed. 8.Make appropriate groove on clay bed around the urn’s perimeter., which serves as registration key. 9.Spray release agents on the surface of urn and mold box. 10.Seal box’s seams by using hot melt glue. 11.Pour prepared qualified moldmaking silicone materials for plaster products into cavity of the mold box. The pouring volume of the moldmaking silicone materials should approach the urn’s bottom level but should not immerse the urn’s bottom. 12.About 24h later, carefully flip over the mold box and remove top board and clean clay on it. 13.Make a notch with a sharp knife for aligning. 14.Spray release agent onto urn. 15.Stick a plastic cup in the middle of the board and drill several pouring hole and vent hole on the board. 16.Place the board back on the mold box(the plastic cup is in the box) and fix it with screws, then seal the seams with clay. 17.Pour prepared moldmaking silicone materials into box through the pouring hole. 18.Around 24h later, remove the mold box and extract the urn by cutting open the moldmaking silicone mold with sharp knife. 19.Reassemble the silicone rubber mold for plaster products and mold box. 20.This mold making silicone mold is ready for making a plaster urn.   Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie technology Co.
