RTV-2 silicone rubber for wheel mold making

Then put this mold frame on board A and then draw a rectangle on board A along perimeter of mold frame. 2.Stick a perfect wheel model to board A. Then create a smooth clay bed around the wheel model.(the thickness of clay is around 1 cm and there is no seam between the clay bed and the wheel model) 3.Put the mold frame on board A(The clay bed is wholly contained in the mold frame). Make sure that there is no seam left between clay bed and mold frame. 4.Plug several nuts around the mold model and draw some lines between every two adjacent boards to make later reassembling work more accurate. Then pour vacuumed RTV-2 silicone rubber for wheel mold making into mold frame. 5.Disassemble the mold frame after RTV-2 silicone rubber cured and turn over the cured half wheel mold. Then remove the board A, clay bed and nuts. 6.Reassemble the mold box to get ready for another half wheel mold making. 7.Spray release agents on all surfaces then add a funnel to the original wheel model with help of a little clay. Then pour prepared RTV-2 silicone rubber for wheel mold making into the mold frame. 8.When RTV-2 silicone rubber cures, remove the funnel and the mold frame, then take out original wheel model. Use a sharp end of a brass tube to create a vent hole at a not important position of the silicone rubber wheel mold. 9.Hold the two parts of RTV-2 silicone rubber wheel molds together with the help of several pieces of band. Then support and fix the RTV-2 silicone rubber wheel mold at a 45°angle. 10.Put back the funnel to its original position.
