Both model HY-455 and model HY-456 are composed of two parts.(Part A and part B). Part A of model HY-455 HTV spin casting silicone rubber is in red color while Part A of model HY-456 is in blue color. But Part B of both the two models are in yellow color. The hardness of model HY-455 and model HY-456 is 85 shore A to 87 shore A(it can be adjusted). The size of HY-455 and HY-456 is 9 inch or 12 inch. 350-400 degree centigrade is the temperature resistance range of model HY-455 HTV spin casting silicone rubber, while 450-500 degree centigrade is the temperature resistance range of model HY-456. The performance parameter of tear strength is very important: the tear strength of HY-455 is 17.1±2 kN/m and the tear strength of HY-456 is 16.9±2 kN/m. The application of the two models has some difference, that is, HY-455 is suitable for lead-tin alloy craft while HY-456 is suitable for zinc-aluminum alloy craft. The disc silicone rubber is composed of Part A and Part B. The working surface is Part A, while Part B play secondary role. The operation method of molding with HTV spin casting silicone rubber is easy to learn. Firstly you should fix product on a piece of A, then you should cover with another pieces of A. Secondly, you need to place pieces of Part B over the upper and lower sides of Part A, then take it to a press molding equipment. Set the temperature between 160 and 180 degree centigrade and it could be decoupled in 30 min.
