Then pile up good-quality clay under the chosen parting line.   3. After fixing the clay, make latch by digging holes evenly on the clay. Then brush detergent or soap water on surface of the plaster angel model so that the original model can be easily separated from RTV molding silicone rubber mold.   4. According to the complicated structure and the size of the products, we choose the type of silicone rubber which has low viscosity and hardness like HY-628 silicone rubber. Mix silicone rubber and catalyst evenly then use vacuum container to pump the air out of the silicone rubber.   5. After vacuum-pumping, brush the first layer of silicone rubber evenly on the mold. Then brush the second layer of silicone rubber till the first layer of silicone rubber cured(about 15 minutes).   6. After brushing the second layer or third layer of RTV molding silicone rubber for plaster figurine, cover a piece of gauze when the silicone stop flowing. The gauze can increase the tension and tear strength of the mold.   7. Make resin outer mold after silicone mold is solidified. Paint a layer of resin evenly first and cover a layer of glass fiber, then paint another layer of resin.   8. Separate the outer mold till the resin is completely solidified.
