Select a exquisite original ceramic porcelain model after cleaning and burnishing . 3. Generally we suggest that this model be made into two pieces in order that we can avoid the problem of parting line. 4. Pile up the clay under the mold line. The hardness of clay should be moderate, so that there is no gap between the sludge and model. Then, dig some holes evenly on the surface of clay to serve as latch. 5. Choose appropriate silicone product model. Here, we recommend HY-625 silicone for ceramic with the hardness of 23-27 shore A. The two parts of the mixture should be well stirred and exhausted bubbles. 6. Brush the first layer silicone for 1 mm and the second for 2-3 mm after the first layer begin to cure. 7. You'd better put several pieces of gauze in the middle of the silicone layer in order to increase the tensile and tear strength of the ceramic mold. 8. After the RTV mold making silicone rubber for ceramic cured, the gypsum outer protective shell can be made. 9. Pour the prepared plaster into the frame. 10.
