Why silicone mold happened to cure unevenly?-HongY...

Three causes lead to this problem:  1) If not weighing the two parts of silicone rubber precisely according to the instruction, there will be an inexact mixing ratio, it may cause the unevenly curing;  2) The silicone and catalyst is not mixed evenly, the molds will not cure evenly.  (We suggest customers to avoid this kind of problem, otherwise there will be a waste of silicone rubber.) 3) If the silicone mould appear to be dry outside but wet inside, it is due to lack of water. As condensation silicone rubber get cured by absorbing moisture from the air. In order to provide a significant shelf-life for the silicon rubber, some manufacturers may have dried out the water in the silicon rubber. (Solution: Add 0.05% water into the silicon rubber and Stir over a low speed briefly when you use it.)
