New year is drawing near!

The biggest festival in China is drawing near! All the staff of Hong ye company are doing some different work than usual. A week ago, our company has elected and appraised several excellent staff, with the honorable prize “ Outstanding Employee ”. All the members of Hong ye congratulate to these stars. Yes, this stars are real stars, they have made huge contribution to the company. For example, some of them have made valuable suggestion about reform, some of them have brought considerable revenue for the company, some of them work very hard to achieve their working target, etc. Without these heroes and heroines, Hong ye will not go this far,  and all the workers feel very grateful to them. For the outstanding employees, the company invites their parent to travel some famous places. Chinese people must respect their parents, which is the culture of China for thousands of years. Whatever a person achieve and wherever a person go, parents is their root deep inside their heart. So Hong ye company place much emphasis in this kind of culture to guide the staff to be more grateful to their parents, as well as the people who love them so much. Not only the appraised workers enjoy this “festival ”, but also other workers enjoy it so much. On Wednesday last week, all the staff are invited to have a ceremony. Our enthusiastic staff of all the departments have prepared many good-quality and funny shows to celebrate this festival. Of course we have enjoyed delicious food during this festival,  full of passion and fun! At this moment, we are going to finish our old year, and start our new year. So, we are working at making a report for this year, and making a great plan for the coming year. During this work, we have learned a lot about our past work, which has formed as our valuable experience. The company pay much attention to employees’ learning, letting us keep in mind that learning and improving makes life more beautiful and wonderful. The company always makes change to adapt to market’s change, as a result, all the staff need to make a plan to reform their work, including service innovation, product technique innovation, and so on. We can not sell the same silicone product, and we need to learn the newest technique from the global markets. We have our own silicone Lab and R & D personnel, but we need speed up our innovation to bring more value to our customer, and we need to make a plan to decide our general direction first. Be grateful to our fruitful year and be confident to our future, which is the best description for the state of our mind for the present!
