The reason why the silicone pad can not pick the printing ink well.
You must have used the hard rubber pad to pick the fine and complicated patterns from the steel substrate, resulting in bad effect of picking printing ink. The reason why the printing ink can not be transfered from the rubber pad to the plastic products' surface. It is common that two products or so appear to be unable to catch the patterns from the pad among every ten products. The phenomenon is normal, because the plastic injection molding machine will spray the release agent onto the steel moulds' surface after finishing every ten plastic products or so. If we don't clean the plastic products' surface before pad printing process, the printing effects will be bad.
