        Liquid silicone rubber for label making is a kind of waterproof liquid silicone rubber, which can be fabricated into trademarks and silicone badge separately. Furthermore, it can be fabricated into trademarks through cloth pressing or leather pressing.

        Label making, silicone badge for clothes, shoes, general cloth, and toys.  


LIQUID SILICONE FOR LABEL MAKING CURING CONDITION　　
        170℃×20 seconds, prolong or shorten the curing time appropriately according to the thickness and size of the product during actual operation.

LIQUID SILICONE FOR LABEL MAKING OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS　
The mixing proportion part A and part B is 10:1. Please mix component A and component B sufficiently. The process of vacuum-pumping is also required to reach high quality of the cured elastomer.  


LIQUID SILICONE FOR LABEL MAKING NOTE 　    
The series of products should be kept away from organisms such as N, P, S, ionic compounds such as Hg, Bi, As, and alkynes, vinyl compounds, etc. Otherwise, our product can not be cured successfully. Apart from that, our products can not contact with PVC that contains lead. Some organic pigment could slow down the curing time or lead to being uncured too. After the two parts of our silicone kits are mixed, the silicone material must be used up within 4 hours, otherwise the cross-linking and curing arises to hinder our process.

LIQUID SILICONE FOR LABEL MAKING SHELF LIFE
The best use before end date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked fro quality assurance reasons.
