Because the surface of most ceramic products is spherical, the ceramic pad printing silicon must have excellent limpness and extraordinarily pure silicon material without any impurity. For this type, the percentage of silicon oil should be 20%-60%, otherwise the silicone pad tends to be oily and not durable. By comparison, the hardness of soft silicon rubber is around 5-10 degree.
