Production conditions of liquid silicone rubber for resin craft: Ⅰ Environmental conditions：In the process of manufacturing a resin craft mold, the ambient temperature is always maintained 21-28 ℃ and the relative humidity is maintained less than 80. Ⅱ Clean workshop: Please always keep the workshop clean and tidy in the process of opening mould, and do the work of dusting and cleaning before the production for resin craft mold. Ⅲ The preparing work before opening mould: You should prepare all the tools and raw materials, such as silicone rubber, gypsum, with good slurry at first.   Types of resin craft mold: There are two main types of resin craft mold, which are silicone mold and glass steel mould. It can be divided into wrapping mould and pouring mould and brushing mould according to the method of making the mould. Ⅰ Conditions for making a wrapping mold: ① The product has a smooth surface; ② It is easy to demoulding; ③ It is difficult to deal with this parting line and reach effect; ④ The structure is that the above parts of products are big and the below parts are small. Ⅱ Conditions for making a multiple-pieces mold: ①  Product has a complex structure and it is difficult to demoulding; ② The thickness of product with rule formation and easy to deformation is more than 5-6 cm, and it requires at least 2 multiple-pieces mold; ③ Silicone rubber is separated from external mold for small products and the silicone rubber is together with external mold for large products. Ⅲ Conditions for making glass steel mould: Products have a simple and regular structure, its texture is shallow and no barb, and it is easy to demoulding.     Operating guide of liquid silicone rubber for resin craft: Ⅰ At first, choose a perfect model confirmed no any quality problems by the relevant department or QC. Ⅱ It is very important to determine the method and form of making resin craft mold and the choice of parting line. There are the following requirements. Firstly, it must be easy to demoulding. Secondly, please note that position the mold line on the top of the model when drawing, and run around the face and eyes of the animal model as much as possible. Then, you need to reduce the flow process as much as possible. Ⅲ Choice of filling and exhaust ports: The selection of grout port is generally at the bottom or on the back, which are not easy to see. The choice of exhaust port is based on the complexity of product. It is need sacking port if the silicone is difficult to flow into the small and complex parts. It is not necessary to open the exhaust port for uncomplicated products and segmentation model essentially. Ⅳ Mix the liquid silicone rubber and curing agent evenly according the formula. Then take the mixed silicon to de-air. (The standard is subject to the manometer shows- 0.1). Ⅴ If you take the operation of pouring way, please pour the mixture into the mold frame slowly. If you adopt the brushing mould, thinly and evenly brush the first layer of mixed silicone rubber on the model. Normally the first layer is brushed thinly to cover the model and the clay, so it should not be too thick. And brush the second layer of silicone rubber till the first one is cured. Normally the second layer should be 2-3mm; it is a bit thicker than the first one. In the process of brushing, it is required to brush the other layer before the front layer completely cured. When you brush the third layer, you need cover a cloth on the second layer to increase the strength of the silicone rubber.
