If you are going to coat four layers of silicone rubber for cement, you’d better tint different color for every two adjacent rtv silicone layers. 7.Thickening agent can be adopted if you need a easy operation. Some deep undercuts may require a higher viscosity. 8.After four layers of molding rtv silicone rubber for cement cure, we could start creating outer support shell with fiberglass and resin. You can add several pieces of steel pipe inside outer support shell in order to keep the shell from distorting. 9.When outer support shell cures enough, carefully remove it then peel off rtv silicone rubber mold from bamboo. 10.Reassemble the rtv silicone mold and outer support shell again. 11.Spray glass-fiber reinforced cement onto the rtv silicone mold evenly. Then apply some concrete onto the molding rtv silicone rubber mold. 12.Several hours later, the cement and concrete cure, then you can demold it. 13.Tint the finished cement bamboo board with appropriate pigment to make it look like real bamboo. 14.Make a bench with the tinted cement bamboo.   Shenzhen Hong Ye Jie technology Co.
