1) If using low hardness silicone to make molds for large size and products, the soft silicone may get deform when demolding; 2) Ways to avoid deformation:  A. choose suitable hardness silicone rubber to make molds. If large size and simple patterns concrete/PU/GRC products should choose higher hardness (35~45 shore A); If large size but features detailed patterns then 30 shore A silicone will be workable; If small size and delicate design products should choose lower hardness silicone rubber, then no-deformation.  B. Make outer molds to protect the silicone molds from deformation. The outer molds can be plaster, glass fiber reinforced plastic(unsaturated resin and fiber glass). The process of making outer molds should be a layer silicone add a layer fiber glass or cloth, etc.
