As condensation silicone rubber gets cured by absorbing moisture from the air. It may because of lack of water. (Some silicone manufacturers might dry out the water in the silicon rubber to make sure a long shelf-life for the silicone rubber.) Solution: Adding 0.05% water into the silicon rubber and Stir slowly when you use it.
