Mannequin brush manufacturing process

First of all, prepare all the tools you need, like ruler, cutter, brush and card board ,etc. 　　After cleaning the original model, fix it on the (wooden) board, and then cover a layer of release agent on the surface of the original mold evenly. 　　Which types of silicone rubbers should use are according to the structures, patterns and the applications of the products. For here, we are using HY-830 silicone rubber.     　　Mix the the silicone rubber and curing agent with 2% -5% proportion and vacuum pumped to -0.1mpa, which help the mold out of bubbles and improve quality. 　　After finished the vacuum, brush the silicone rubber on the mould evenly , after brushing silicone rubber three times repeatedly, waiting for cure. 　　When the silicone rubber is cured, brush the Vaseline on the body of mannequin evenly, to make the silicone rubber soft and easy to demold . 　　Use the blade cutting the two shoulder of mannequins gently along the parting line , then take off the silicone rubber by hands. 　　Brush silicone release agent on the body to make silicone skin easy demoulding 　　To make fingerprints and skin color to the point of high simulation, here we use HY-E610 silicone rubber, whose color and hardness is close to the skin. 　　To mix the component A and B of E610 at the ratio of 1:1 evenly,and then do the process of Vacuum-pumping. 　　vacuum pumped to -0.1mpa, which help the mold out of bubbles and improve quality. 　　After vacuum pumping , brush the first silicone rubber evenly on the original mold with the thickness of less than 1mm. 　　After the first layer of silicone to be cured (approximately 5 minutes), a second layer of silicone is brushed. Repeatedly for six times, with the thickness of about 5 mm. 　　Dismantle:  coated with vaseline on the mould evenly, make the silicone soft and easy to fall off. 　　Use the blade cutting the two shoulder of mannequins gently along the parting line , then take off the silicone rubber by hands. 　　So ,the silicone molds have been finished , then you can use it after 24 hours.
