        HONG YE JIE provides two types of liquid silicone for printing pads, one is addition curing silicone, item no. is HY-933. Another one is condensation cure silicone, item no. includes HY-901, HY-916, the general hardness is 30-35 shore A, but HY-916 is soft silicone with only 14-16 shore A.


Applications of liquid silicone for tampon printing head        
        Liquid silicone rubber is a material for making tampo printing heads, it's also call pad printing silicone rubber, it's  is applicable to produce printing pads, mainly used for printing the irregular patterns on plastic  toys, PVC toys, electroplating products, electronic toys, porcelain tableware, ceramics and so on.

Notes
1). Liquid silicone should be sealed storage.The mixture should be used up disposably to avoid causing waste. 

2). silicone rubber belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away from mouth and eyes.

3). When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix it evenly before using, which does not affect the performance.

1kg/jar, 5kg/drum, 20kg/drum, 25kg/drum, 200kg/drum. 


Shelf Life & Transportation  
1). Twelve(12) months when stored at 25°C in tightly closed original packages.

2). This kind of product is non-dangerous product, which could be transported as general chemicals. 

3). Storage beyond the expired date does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable.
