        Body casting silicone rubber is mainly used for lifecasting to mold body parts, for example to make prothetic finger, prothetic ear, prothetic eyes, reborn baby, artificial ass, artificial limbs for tattoo training equipement and so on.

        It's also suitable for making silicone health care cushions, such as silicone insole, silicone hands, silicone legs, silicone fingers, silicone skin, silicone sex doll, silicone breast, silicone bra and so on.

Operation of body casting realistic silicone for lifecasting  
1.Put silicone part A and part B(platinum silicone is made of part A and part B, the mixed ratio is 1:1 ) into two pipe(the  machine has two pipes)

2.When they mix together in one pipe, liquid silicone will be injected into the Aluminum molds

3.when they are into the Aluminum molds, liquid silicone will be cured after several minutes(the temperature of the Aluminum  mold is from 60℃ to 150℃)

4. take of the cured silicone(silicone product) from the molds.
